I just bought a 4035 HST with ML120 FEL two weeks ago and I paid $24,900. I couldn't be happier with the tractor so far and would highly recommend it.

The 4035 is a nice unit aswell. When I had my Kubota L3200 I always found myself wondering if the L3800 would give me a little more or not. With that being said I realize the there's only a 500-600 lbs difference in the 5035 and 4035. ****, these two tractors are on a totally different level than the l3200/l3800. I did A LOT of research on both models. The local dealer even had a 4035 on site. Messed around on it and at that time thought it would be all I needed. In the end, for me, the extra loader capacity, weight, and extra cylinder on the engine made my decision. Both units are nice though, that's for certain.

I know you decided on getting your tires filled, good choice. I haven't done it yet but plan on doing it later. I had them filled on previous tractors and it made a difference, however, this tractor wieghs a bunch more than my other Kubota for same hp so I wanted to test it out non filled at first to see. I also keep an 1100 lb boxblade on back too.

How does your 5035 do with a box blade on back and the tires not filled??

I know that with both of my Mahindra's, the 3215 at 2566LBs + loader weight and my 7520 At 7350LBs + loader weight were like different (better ) machines after I filled the tires. Not only are the tractors waaaay more stable-better riding, they have by far a greater ability to accomplish the work at hand.

In able to get maximum traction for all the dirt work that I do, I filled both fronts and rears of each tractor. Have not regretted that for even 1 minute. ;)

Unfortunately, the tractor is new and I am waiting for the cold weather to go away before I have a chance to really give it a workout. I have done some driveway work with it but that's not enough to test out the difference.

I see. Im waiting on the mahindra (kodiak) box blade and quick hitch to arrive before my tractor is delivered. Been the longest week or two of my life! :confused2:
