Finished the deal! My 2013 5035 HST with ML130 should be here in 3-5 days. I didn't get the tired filled as of now. Dealer threw in the Mahindra quick hitch and 72" HD box scraper which is made by Kodiak it appears. By the sounds of the tractor I hope the box blade is as much a beast! Can't wait to put it to work. We are currently clearing brush to build our first house. I appreciate any thoughts or ideas put forth from you guys! Cheers!

$30,500. I didnt get the rears loaded. I did get the mahindra box blade and quick hitch thrown in. I found a dealer with a little lower pricing and he came down to pretty close to meet that. I misunderstood the dealer about when he would have it.......he called earlier and said he just got back with it. Me and my almost 6 year old son went to check it out. After owning a kubota L3200 I must say there is no comaprison. The 5035 is the real deal I tell ya. Wating for the implements to get in and take possession. The sound of the engine and driving it was second to none!

Yea I know what you mean, I too had an L3200 and L5032. The 50 hp Kubota was a good machine but when you consider a few key points on the Mahindra, they won me over. (heavier, bigger front tires, better lift, and overall just "beefier")

While waiting for my box blade and QH to arrive I have been debating on weather or not to go ahead and have the rears loaded with washer fluid before its delivered. I think with the box blade out back that might be sufficient but then again maybe not. I have also been reading that by loading the rears, it helps by take some preasure off the front end. Does anyone with a 5035 not have their rear loaded and find the machine to be perfectly fine?

Loading the rears is the cheapest performance upgrade available. Is it worth the cost just in the stress it can take off the front in addition to the stress it takes off the rear in added traction....you bet it is! I'm sure the tractor will be fine without loading them, but for the money it is a win win.

Didn't have my rears filled mainly because I plan to occasionally haul tractor, loader and rear implement on 18' car hauler with 2 3500# axles and if my math was correct that was about all I wanted on the trailer.

I do have to use caution when moving stumps with grapple that are at or near capacity of machine and on slope as I have had up hill rear off ground a time or two (had hydraulic log splitter on 3ph).

I have read some of the posts as well about transfering weight off front axle. I tend to agree with the thought that filled rears certainly add overall weight, traction and stability of machine but to transfer weight to rear axle from front axle the weight has to be hanging on 3ph.

A funny thing happened today. I had a missed call on my phone from the dealer. I called him back and he was wanting to make sure that I did not want to have the tires loaded before he brought me the tractor. He went on to say if I paid $150 he would cover the rest and have them filled with washer fluid.I just find it weird that after I started thinking about it, he called about it. With that being said I am moving forward and having it done.

The only problem getting them filled right away is that you will not have a chance to use the tractor and have the actual knowledge of before and after and just how much better the tractor performs with the added weight. Trust us when we say that there is a HUGE improvement. ;)
