You should be fine with the work site tires unless you plan on boonin or going to the mudbog. I put chains on my 900 but only for deep snow.

I agree, the worksite tires don't clean out the best but the only time I've been stuck was when I got too close to the creek. It instantly sunk up to the hubs, no matter what tires it had I would have still been stuck.

Very good price, and good purchase. Your gonna love it. And so will your wife. <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=358762"/>

That rack on the front looks very useful.

You'll love it...but it isn't really yours until you trick it out for your needs...suggest
rear lights, front lights
front rack
cargo carrier in front, on riser to keep it from digging into ground
small trailer
120 volt inverter for power tools

Hint...if you are working and need something that is not with you...figure out how to carry it in the RTV.

Went out around the property for a ride tonight, it's like a little tank. Headlights work pretty good in stock form. Would definitely like a rear facing work light. Cruising along at 15 mph on the snow covered ground just feels right. I can't stress enough how much I am liking the RTV. $9000 well spent.

With proper PM and operating habits; that thing should last for a long, long time.

Advice...
Learn how to wash dust from your radiator....it WILL overheat if you are dusty or get lots of grass trash in it.
Recommend highly getting snorkel to bring air into the engine from up high, else air intake is in dust trail and you will be cleaning out the air filter every 25 hrs of operation.
I place a plastic truck box in the rear bed and keep ropes, tools, supplies in it...things I need often...so I don't have to go back and get them.
Get a 2 inch hitch riser hitch from Harbor Freight now and get a 2 inch ball that fits it. You will need to shorten the insert and drill new hole for hitch pin....do now and you will be ready to tow immediately. Riser allows navigation of uneven ground without digging into the dirt.
Don't be afraid...use it...that's what it is for.

Thanks ruffdog, how do you like the storage box, function wise? Steppenwolfe, nice rack, on the machine that is, lol. Does anyone have pics of glovebox installed? Thoughts on it?
