Yellowstone caldera - concerning.......

A question from another perspective.

How does the "air pollution" caused by man compare to all the natural emmissions constantly being released around the earth? Then add the volcanos and intermittent erruptions.

See that "natural" in that sentence? Nature and climate has adjusted in the past and will continue to do so in the future to "natural" cauases. What we contribute is IN ADDITION to the natural stuff. A contribution that is measured in the millions of tons.

Nature, i.e., climate is also adjusting to that addition as in a far more rapid warming than has been ever seen in past.

That is not true, more rapid warming has been recorded in the past.

I think now the term used is "climate change" and of course it is happening it always has and probably will until the sun implodes and the earth becomes a speck of frozen rock

Who has ever said the global climate does not change? No one, so that type of statement is a straw man argument.

The logical hole in your view point is that you are assuming all warming or cooling occurs within normal variations and will produce the same results. Those past results were not experienced by a planet with 7+ billion (headed to 9+ billion) people. The impact of global warming on the physical planet is not the issue, ie, we don't really care in the abstract how much ice covers Greenland.

The real issue is how it impacts a global population which has stretched the planet's resources on which they rely to very thin and fragile margins. We are not a nomadic hunter-gatherer and sparsely populated species these days that can just roll up the tents and move to greener pastures. For better or worse, our fortunes are now tied to some measure of climatic stability. How rapidly and by what degree can that climate stability be upset, and at what cost and major impacts, is what matters.

More Unusual "Activity" at Yellowstone Super Volcano! Releasing Thousand More Times Of Helium Steam Than Anticipated - PreppersWorldUSA

Not trying to alarm anybody but this is very serious. Just in the last month there has been a dramatic change in activity.
Not trying to alarm people, yet you bring that here? Call the geology department at your local college and ask the geologists there about this.
Can it happen? Yeah.
Will it happen? Yeah.
Can we predict it? Maybe.
Can we stop it? No.
Is any of this stuff going on "unusual" for Yellowstone? No.

It's all garbage.

If it happens, it happens. Make sure you're on good terms with whatever deity you worship.

Can we some how, someway, pipe it in to DC? There has to be some Keystone piping laying somewhere, unattended?

Now seriously....

Face it dude, its the end of the world and you're part of it!

So what are your plans? We all would love to hear!
