I actually poured it really slow because I remember reading that somewhere on here, plus a buddy with a New Holland DC40 (or 35 maybe) did the same thing. Cost him a chunk of time and money. I believe he had a thread on here about it.

Good call on the loader bolts. 15 of 16 were loose...

Thanks. Check the big bolts that hold the loader into it's pivot point columns at the frame. Mine loosened up and elongated the holes. It appears Kioti could use longer bolts for the hole depth, so I measured what the maximum bolt length would be and replaced all the bolts with the longest ones possible and locktited them in place, on the right side. No evidence of movement since.

Yes, the oil fill is at the red cap by the IP. Engine valve cover used in different markets, so fill location varies by country of use/engine spec.

I believe the torque specs are in the service manual and possibly the loader manual too. For me, locktite and done.

Same here, Coyote..mine moved a bit the first few times. I mentioned it to my dealer. He said to use blue loctite. They haven't moved in the 500 operating hrs since.

My selling dealer told me he's had to remove the entire loader frame, on occasion to drill out and replace the bolts with a bolt/nut assembly. This occurs when the hole gets damaged beyond repair by the bolts mashing the threads. Luckily for both of us it did not get that far.
