I have a Deere SS that was apparently sourced from New Holland but must have been built by another company. If it is not a consumable item, forget about getting it from the dealers. They must have sold a lot of them because I have had good luck with salvage yards for getting parts.

There is a clear trend here, where the products with the best parts support (and even product support while in production) are the ones build by the company who's name is on the hood.

Yeah, reading thru this thread, that was going to be my question. Who builds their own?? I'm pretty sure Kubota does, but can't think of any others???
