I have the same tractor and love it. I have almost 300 hours on it in 4 months and it has been flawless, enjoy.Just bought a XR4046HC and paid $27,200 out the door.
Awesome responses! Just another reason to LOVE this site! Got a price tonight. Trading in my 1999 1725 with 1,700 hours on it. They are allowing $8,500 trade in and the difference on the XR3037C would be $17,550 and on the XR4040C would be $19,650. This is from my 2nd closest dealer 250 miles away. The closer dealer 120 miles away was $12,000 on trade in and difference of $23,115 on the XR4040C. Didn't price the 3037 with him. He must have been quoting full retail. Any thoughts on the price?
if you are financing then price isnt bad. Cash price would be lower.

sorry to steal post.
I bought a XR3037 a few weeks ago with the hydrostatic, I like it and I am 6300 ft, I still own a NH1725 and have had it since 125 hours 14 years ago and it has 331 hours now, all used for manure spreading, mowing and snow removal, I bought the 3037 for the cab and hydrostatic, I cleared the drive and barnyard in literally 1/2 the time during the last big snow and had to take my car hart off cause I was sweating in the cab even after turning the heater down. I tried the XR4000 at the farm, and felt the 3037 had more power at this elevation because of the turbo, I'm very pleased with my purchase and passed on both a green and orange tractor with a good deal, the LS was better priced, better warranty and after several talks with the LS rep who used to be a JD dealer, am happy with my purchase (btw, they sell 2x as many cab 3037 as the cab 4000 series and almost all are hydrostats cause no one wants a gear drive in the smaller cut tractors). I am so pleased that we the dealer and I are discussing an XR4046 for my other farm at 6800 ft elevation.......with a hydro trans!!Awesome responses! Just another reason to LOVE this site! Question for you, are you running it at rated RPM all the time so the loader is quick? I find on my 1725 that i run around about 1500 rpm and hit the foot throttle when i want to use the loader. On the 4046 Hydro i played with i was going for the hand throttle all the time when i was playing with the loader. The lack of a foot throttle was annoying. I guess i could have ran it wide open but why burn the fuel when it's not needed?? What's the warmup time for the hydro when it's cold? Also the one complaint i have heard from 2 dealers is the loader doesn't lift as high as my 1725. I will be using it to load my dump trailer on occasion. What's your thoughts on this? I really would like to NOT have to buy all new attachments as all i have now is 60" and if i went to a 40 series with R4's i would be a lot wider. From what i am reading, the 3037 is a **** of a lot stronger and heavier than my 1725. Wish they had a power shuttle like Massey!!!!
