It's great to see ya enjoying the little tractor and having good stuff to say about it. I use mine very hard and am amazed at what it can do. That said I will get a larger one in the next few years, but will not get rid of the L3800, it's a keeper.

I looked at a M5040 today and think I'm in love! Wished I hadn't of done that!!! ;)

Ya great for the size . It's a hair smaller hp and in size than my mf135 so both my other tractors are bigger .
But the L3800 is sized just right for the jobs I bought it for .

And the lift on my l3800 is fine .

Ive done plenty of flat-breaking with a 2 bottom moldboard on a MF135 in my time. Its a slow boat to China with them small plows, but the 135 Perkins handles it just fine.

That is a pretty good sized garden. Looks like you have way better soil than what we have here, ours is very rocky.

Nice tractor but I can't help but notice!! In the words of Jeff fox worthy you might be a redneck if you use a rock for down pressure.

I love it!!!

Ya it's decent size . Ya this farm here's is 120 acres and it has a rock spot of two but most is really good dirt . Back in the early 1900's it was a cucumber and radish farm . We have some news clipping where it was the biggest farm at the time in the area farming them two items . Shows them loading rail cars .

Ya a strait 6 engine block goes on the other side of the rock it fell off and I haven't put it back on yet . Got to get it back on so it will cut even .
