OK, I understand what you're saying now. But my point is, the neighbor admitted guilt to a law officer.
Not that I know anything about the law:confused3:, but my guess is, she is screwed.

Certainly still interested, and think you need to keep going to court, to keep her overwound and eventually get her binned at the laughing academy.

That was a lot of pilings! The only other worse area I can think of is Kennydale or the Park area of 405. Makes driving though Seattle look good most of the time.
Sometimes "Island time" sounds very good.

I spent all of 2000 working at the Port of Oakland building this container ship dock. The traffic in Seattle is by far worse than the bay area! Just before I retired I was working at the Port of Los Angeles, had to fly home and get a derrick rigged up in the yard in West Seattle for a test pile program in the Navy shipyard in Bremerton. 3 to 4 nights a week it would take me over 3-hours to drive home to Kitsap county.:shocked: I've worked in Portland and got home sooner!

Went to court this morning. Postponed again until next Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. The prosecutor did ask the wife and I to stay until he got a break so he could talk to us. Later he told us next week the neighbor will plead guilty. Then a restitution hearing will be scheduled for a later date. He said the neighbor does not believe the fence will cost $3,500.00 to replace. I can't wait for that hearing!:laughing:

People who don't build fences have no idea how expensive fences are. I have a 2.6 acre property, with a perimeter of about 1/4 mile (1300 feet). I estimate I spent about $2k-$2.5k to fence it with five-strand electric on T-posts with 5" cedar bracing at the corners. And I did all the labor myself (where "myself" includes four of my close friends). You really know who your friends are when it comes time to build a fence...

Hope you've got an estimate from a fencing company on hand. No reason you should have to lift a finger to get this fixed.

The company that was low bid this time. Bought the company that installed the fence in 2005. Next bid was $4,000.00.

I can just hear her at this restitution hearing. "I don't understand, I installed a perfectly good fence".
When my wife was on the property line with the high bid company's estimator the neighbor came out and asked the wife, what you don't like my fence?

First picture is the fence the neighbor installed, but only about 400-feet. Second pictures is the fence I paid for in 2005. 640-feet of 5-strand barbwire fence.
