I'm back. I decided to tackle this problem again. Had lift cylinders seals replaced, changed both hydraulic filters and topped off fluid. Still same problem. So I just purchased a pressure gauge that attaches to my quick connects. Just wondering what type of pressure readings I should be reading?

Just curious. How are you trying to lift the front tires off the ground? By placing the bucket on the ground and curling it forward?

Mike I have tried Several different ways. Bucket flat w down pressure, bucket flat and curling forward, bucket in full curl postion w down pressure, half curl postion w down pressure just doesn't want to lift. All other hydraulics on the machine work great.

In other words, you can you raise the bucket when it's full of material?

The only way I can lift the front of the tractor is to lower the bucket to the ground and curl the bucket. When you try this, what happens? It sounds like the bucket won't curl?

Yup can raise full of material with no problem and yes that method is not working on my tractor.

But curling works fine for all other uses?

You should see 2500 psi at the QDs when you pressurize the system to maximum so that the relief valve opens. Make sure the engine is revved above 2500 rpm. your loader should pop the front tires off the ground with ease, mine does.

Will check pressures as soon as I have a chance and report back thanks...

I'm a bit of a novice compared to most of these guys, so I might be way off, but:

Is your tractor HST? I've noticed with my HST tractor the transmission does such a good job of holding the machine in place that the tractor does not want to lift the front end unless I push in the clutch, allowing the rear tires to rotate a bit as the loader picks up the front. With the clutch in or the transmission in neutral, the loader picks the front end up like I'm riding a bucking bronco. With the transmission in gear and my foot off the clutch, the loader struggles to pick up the front end.
