I just test drove the CK20s and CK2510 today. I was leaning towards the 2510 but my dealer is saying the 20s is every bit as good a digger/material mover. The 2510 specs out better with 11.3 GPM vs 7.66, and 24.5 HP vs 22 for the CK20 and PTO Ho of 19.8 (CK2510) vs 16.2(CK20). There were some things I liked better on the CK20. I wonder if the higher GPM, HP and PTO HP will make a difference. And the $$$ is ... The Ck2510 is $20,500 and the CK20 is $19,500. USD

With a two range HST you will probably appreciate the extra horsepower, small though it is.

"Larno" who has owned both models, says the engine in the CK2510 is much improved over engine in the CK20. See Post #7.

If the CK2510 engine is easier to start in cold weather the extra $1,000 will be money well spent.

You might ask Larno, who is in Canada, to expand on his comments in Post #7.

I truly enjoy my CK20S, but I would enjoy the hydraulics being faster. I use my loader a lot, it sometimes feels a little slow to me. My CK20S has good power pulling every thing I can throw at it within reason. I run out of weight well before I run out of power.

CK2510 HST compared to CK20 HST.
2510 more powerful engine, more hydraulic oil flow, larger fuel tank. They took the 28 hp engine to reduce power 24.5 hp with the injection pump concurencer other brands on the market 25 hp (Kubota and others) The engine is much better. The tractor weighs 130 pounds more than the CK20. I think it's worth $ 1000 usd more but the CK20 is also a very good tractor. They have the advantage to put a new model for transmission lines 3 (TVH), it would have been a good shot ....

Don't take this the wrong way, but where you live you should not have cold starting issues..<G> I can say that with a grin cause I live in Nawth Florida and I have never seen it below the mid teens and that is no where near as cold compared to the folks in Quebec.
