Probably won't hear the rain,if you insulate it well,at least that is the case under our standing seam roof.

Well I'm sorry I became that guy. The house building got busy and I never posted again. So here are the current pictures. The best news is is we are in and the construction loan has been converted to a mortgage! Never thought I would be excited about a mortgage but it's good to be done.

We still have trim and sills to install inside and the landscaping is going to be a forever project. We started the road turnaround loop and eventually barn access but it's as funds are available right now so it's going to be awhile till that is finished.
