Good eye Mr Brown!!!! I was driving down the street and that Eagle swooped in from the right and picked up a road kill squirrel next to those yellow trash cans. By the time I could get my phone outta my pocket he was flying off, squirrel in tow, struggling to get altitude!!!! Good eye!!!!

That's a good one Murph. In a couple weeks or so I'll take another pic. There'll be a dozen or so white shroons then. Comes every year. For whatever reason.

Did you notice....the squirrel had half an acorn in it's mouth? Weird for spring eh? We don't see acorns till the end of summer here......

Probably from last year's crop. They hide them, but squirrels have a bad memory and can't remember where they hid 'em. However, they do have a great sense of smell so they sniff out the acorns (probably another squirrel's) and dig them up.

I believe this squirrel's issue was deciding which way to run...... Stupid tree climbing rat....
