Cub Cadet m60 tank
I Have an "03" M60 tank w/hydro prob. Tank has 1200 hours, at spring servicing I serviced the hydro system( emptied reservoir removed filter, filled filter and reservoir w/Valvoline Synthetic 20W50 as recommended) ( went thru air beeld proceedure- tire off ground, refief valves open 3/4 turn, engine running 1/2 throttle, control handles moing forward and reverse slowly for 15 minutes, relief valves closed.) test drive reveals movement forward and reverse, but spongy like air in system. Also when movement forward up hill, control arms only make it move for about 1/4 of the total stroke length then then seems to disengauge. Re-setting handles to nuetral and short movement forward, evetually get you up the hill.
This seems to me to be an aor in the system problem since i've never exoerienced it ubtil now. Is there some other way the bleed air from the total system (cracking lines, removing other caps/drains/etc.) ?
I really don't believe it's a mechanical problem.

Tahnks for any suggestions

make sure you used an OEM replacement filter, not an aftermarket generic. Also, let your machine hydraulic system warm up to operating temps before preforming the air bleeding procedure - may help the results.
