Kubota BX2670
I have a BX2670 that Kubota took to a bunch of trade shows and fairs as a demo. It's a 2013, and it had 8 hours when I bought it, but it had already been around the block.

Kubota had a bunch of accessories and implements attached to it, because some of the stuff isn't stock. For example, I have 3 holes on my left fender,

and 3 more, exactly the same on my right.

I'm wondering if anyone knows what these might have been used for?

Have you asked the dealer?I am guessing maybe they had work lights mounted there like on the new BX25D.

And thus, if the dealer confirms worklights, I'd personally put them back on. Just to fill the holes and also because they'd be darn handy.

I can't imagine, if it was work lights, why they would remove them.

Sounds like a good idea, but the dealer was not responsive even while I was buying a tractor and then not either when I was buying new R4 tires two weeks later. I had a bunch of questions in my first week of ownership, and the dealer never returned phone calls or returned emails within two days, so I ended up solving all my questions myself (and by using forums like this). I gave up on the @#$@# dealership. I can't imagine they would be responsive for a random question now. Also, they didn't seem to know much about how the tractor was used by Kubota during it's demo career.

I'm very jealous of you guys who live near a good dealer. I live far from a crappy one.

Yeah. I doubt it was work lights. There were LED work lights still on the ROPS.

Of course, to further explain the quality of my dealer, the left one didn't work. So I messed with it for a while, because it was hard to diagnose. Turns out the wires were reversed to the LED, which will be OK on a conventional bulb, but not an LED.

I've seen handles on some tractors for mounting and dismounting. Don't see why they would remove them, however, unless they were damaged.

They are for the new work lights.

The work lights are optional (and a few hundred dollars). They likely had them on for show, then removed them when it sold to you. Personally, Id put them back. The factory headlights suck for night work.

I believe there is also a factory work light kit that bolts to the ROPS. That was what was likely still mounted.
