The 60 was purchased new by my great grandpa and my other great grandpa bought the 135 new. My great great uncle bought the m new and my grandpa bought the 520 at an auction 20 years ago. There's a lotta sentimental value in those 4 tractors

Don't have these two anymore, but grew up on this 720D ES, Dad bought it new (leftover) in 1959 with a 227 corn picker on it:

TRACTOR SHOWS 2008 002a.jpg Sold it a few years ago since I only started it 3-4/year!

I bought the 520 30 years ago when we bought our property. Sold it five years ago when I bought the 790:

Sometimes I wonder if I would even have any wood if it wasn't for the big stuff that on one else wanted. But I go for the free stuff because the outside wood burner really doesn't care if it's oak or pine it all burns and produces heat.

016.JPG

I lucked out this summer there was a large construction project in the area and my brother and myself got all of the wood all we had to do was pay for trucking otherwise it would all have been disposed of. This is part of it, all total I think I have around 3 to 4 years of wood.

Splitting process.jpg

This is basically all that the 841 get used for pulling the wood wagon.

same here- all the wood in the post was free from my sisters place -they were putting in a new drive way and those trees had to go. no complaints- she saved me about $1400 in having to buy fire wood already
