Mahindra: Nothing but problems

I sure hope we are not going down that road...

Are there some references to specific cases you can cite? What was thought to be free speech might not be that in today's world?

From a quick net search:https://www.google.com/search?q=man...57.63544j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=0&ie=UTF-8

I'm not advocating this type of behavior by manufacturers, BUT I am seeking to make members here on TBN aware that what they say could come back to bite them. Especially if they lash out in anger/frustration over how a manufacturer handles their particular issue(s).

Well in that case, every single brand is a rip-off, since if you look in each brand section, you will see some issues. Granted the over-cooling, not coming up to temp issue is important, and you have some sort of issue with your loader valve, but I think it is a bit of a reach to then declare an entire brand a rip-off.

I just bought a 4035 3 weeks ago no temp problems. Runs and operates awesome. Best investment yet.

Does free speech mean you can slander someone or a company? There is a difference, for example, in saying someone is an arse than saying they are a crook. One is pure opinion, the other needs substantiation. I am all for free speech, and think everyone should be able to express themselves, even if they are racists, offensive and ignorant, it keeps the morons visible, but bashing a person's or company's reputation is unfair.

Agreed. And it's beyond unfair, it's illegal, which is why slander and libel laws are on the books, and enforceable. And one does not get a free pass because they have internet access to a forum like TBN. The written and spoken word are powerful tools, which is why free speech is protected, but protection is NOT a license to state falsehoods in a public venue.
I'm not implying that anyone in this thread is doing so, just pointing out the risk one takes when speaking their mind in a venue like TBN, unless what they say is in fact true.

Murph, keep buying the Echos and that will leave more Stihls for me.
