Ground clearance

So which makes and models would you consider looking at to get around 13"'s of ground clearance. So far I have looked at Branson 2400H and Mahindra 28xlH which both have ground clearance coupled with a lower price tag.

The Kubota B2620 and B2920 have 12.8'' of ground clearance.

How big of a tractor are you looking to get?
I just got a Branson 2400H and like it a lot. I could not find any tractor (new or used) that could compete with the price I got.

It depends on which tire you get. If you have turfs you will have a lot less clearance, R1 you will have a lot more clearance.

I have looked at and driven 5 tractors. In order of driving only no biases (yet) John Deere 1025r FILB, Kubota BX25D, Mahindra 28xlH TLB, Branson 2400H TLB and Massey GC1720TLB.

The two with the greatest ground clearance were the two with the least creature comforts. That said extra lights and "stuff" get broken too easily for me so... The Massey had a very comfortable seat but to swivel it around for the backhoe requires an engineering degree. The one that I would have liked to test drive is not available until July (Branson 2800 H TLB).

If I had to buy one of the 5 I have test driven it would be the Branson 2400, Most beastly small tractor I have driven for the $.

If the backhoe is mounted to a subframe it takes a lot of your ground clearance away. Just something to keep in mind - specs are often without backhoe.

Is there any consistency between manufacturers for specs if a tractor with a backhoe subframe comes from the manufacturer? For example the John Deere 1025r FILB.
