Look what I bought! Kubota L5740

I traded my 2009 L5740 open station with about 750 hours for this 2011 Cab with just under 300 hours.

My daughter and son-in-law left Sunday night and drove to Tulsa (about 9 hours) and made the swap and got back around midnight Monday night.

I've put about 9 hours on it since I got it fitted for my equipment. I'm really enjoying the cab now that the temps and humidity are getting up here in South Louisiana

But your 2011 is a -3 which I believe gives you more than just a cab. When I made the big jump in 2011 it was from a 2001 L3710 open platform to the L5740 cab. Talk about major wow factor. LA humidity now must be up about 1000% so that cab must be hard to leave. Congrats!

Congratulations, I really like my L5740HSTC, my wife convinced me to go with a cab and every time I use it I'm thankful she did.

Put a few more hours on it today. Finished laser leveling a football field, then loaded up and headed to the next laser grading job.

It's really nice in the cab, but it's still a bit noisy. But, I just put my earphones from my iPhone in and I can take phone calls without having to stop each call. And, it's really nice being out of the dust and heat. I'm gonna like this cab.

One thing I noticed is that the AC does not cool very well at idle, but once I get the rpm's up, it does fine.
