I agree but the general public is stupid. They will not have a clue what 420 FT TQ is and say only 240 Hp? Heck, my Accord has more power than that.

My father always said HP sells vehicles and TQ does the work.

Ok, sorry. I had read a while back that the eco-diesel was 220 hp and 290 ft#. Sounds like I read something wrong. Still, with the cheap Ford Motor at 360hp, I think they loose a lot of people. I do wish they would have a cheap payload package, with much stiffer springs. The motor and brakes can easily take the payload; not sure about the transmission; but if it's got the towing capacity, you would think so.

I'm pretty sure you can afford one. He worked for Chrysler for a while. I'm betting you can afford a Shelby Charger, Omni or Daytona. They even made some limited production versions called GLHS. Which stood for Goes Like He!! Shelby.

My HS Girlfriend had a Shelby Chrysler of some sorts. It was purple and Turbo, that's all I remember about it but it was fast for its day.

Ram can't make these diesel trucks fast enough for demand. I guess the overall success is really in the reality of results.....
