What bean of tube/pipe bender do you have? It looks like it a hydraulic assisted.

It's from rogue fabrication out of Portland or. They are a start up company. This is one of there first production run. Took a little to get used to working with tube vertically as all other styles work horizontally... it comes in kit form. You weld the base together and mount your own sir over hydraulic ram...I bought my ram at harborfreight. Load your tube. Flip on your compressor and press the button lol. I'm very happy with it. The dies are much cheaper than other benders on the market due to this being an all aluminum die set up. They have done a few minor changes upon customers request but there new benders are practically the same. I'll also add that because they are aluminum dies. They can make you a die for virtually any material smaller than 2 inch.

I got some things done today until I ran out of weld wire. I got lazy towards the end. Should have stopped and came back to it a few days later buy I pushed on.. so it's not as square as it could have been but close enough considering I didn't use any jigs and its gonna get abused to **** anyways.

Still need to finish weld in some spots. Build the sides, and id like to add a lip to the front to keep the larger rocks from kicking back out the front edge. Which I have an idea for.

Nice... keep going. Maybe I missed it but how did you cut your tube for the perpendicular joins?

Very nteresting tool! Says it notches square tube for diagonal. I don't understand that. :confused3:

I think they are referring to square tube notched on its edge. Like in a diamond shape <>

What I was thinking but trying to imagine the round bit shown and how it does that notch.I think they are referring to square tube notched on its edge. Like in a diamond shape <>

I bought a factory rock bucket for my tn75 a few years back. Spacing between tines was 2inchs. I found that spacing to be to close together and had a tendency to pack with rocks as well as dirt. It also took some pretty violent shaking to seperate the rock from the dirt. The bucket was a 6ft and it just seemed to me to put to much wear and tear on the tractor loader. I sold the bucket to a guy that also thought it was what he wanted to clean up rocks. He used it one time and decided he didnt like it either. I suggest wider spacing between tines and I also like the ideal suggested of a vibrator to shake the bucket instead of shaking the loader up and down trying to clean the dirt.
