ASV RC 100 Charge Pressure Issues

I have a RC100 with charge pressure issues.. Checked charge pump and it is good. replace charge pressure relief valve but still can't get more than 400PSI at test port A at full throttle.. Zero at and Idle. should be 500-750 psi. so with this problem i have no hydraulic functions at all. The Machine will act like it wants to move at full throttle but that is all i can get it to do. So any help would be really appreciated.

You likely have an internal leak. Blown seal or something. You say the charge pump is good. How do you know this. It could be worn and bypassing most of the oil. They are not a high volume pump.

Thank you for the reply. We took the charge pump off and into the shop. They said it was worn a little but not so much that it would nor work as indented, also replace the seals at the same time. we did shim the relief vale and were only able to gain about 100 psi. Are you talking about a blown seal in the main transmission drive pump or the charge pump? not looking forward to pulling that thin out.

I would wonder about a blown seal in the transmission. I assume this happened suddenly? It would seem the charge oil is being lost somewhere. Possible there is a stuck valve. Have you changed filters? If so did you cut them open and check for debris in the filter?
