Thinking of buying at bagger for my BX25

Don't take this the wrong way but I don't have a drone. I have a model quad copter with a camera mounted on it. People in this hobby hate the word "drone", nothing good about it.

The video was shot from this quad copter

I don't want to come across as being a jerk, but right now with so much bad press about these models I want to take a sec to get you on the right side of people in the hobby from the start.

I think I am also going to start up a thread in one of the general sections....seems this is a pretty popular topic.

I would lease that to someone for hay or bale it myself and make a few bucks

We bailed it ourselves for a long while, but now the animals are gone so no need. We tried to do that a few times, but it proved unreliable at best.

Been working on developing new ways to mow the yard so a tow behind could work, any thoughts on PECO VACs- they look pretty nice for the money!

Hi, I bought an older GCK60-BX Grass Catcher and was told that it would not fit my new BX25D, but the dealer will sell me one that fits for about $2600. I laughed, told him I'll make it fit, and left. Now I have a nice aftermarket part available if needed for anyone who wants to try this route. Selling on eBay, keyword BX25D

Yep - the dealer likes those expensive parts that is for sure. With a little work the older unit fits fine and even some from other makes. I found one new for a Massey (from the company that built them for MF) and it took about $25 in material and a few nights to make it all work as good as the factory system. Ended up saving me around a grand and everyone thinks it is factory when they see it.

Agreed - that is a LOT of cash. Funny - you can get "tractor" at Home Depot for $999 and spend another $250 and get a bagger. May not be the best bagger but they work. We spend $10-20K and then they want $2500 more for the bagger! UGH!!

Agreed...Have almost 20K in mine from 2004,was hoping there would be some reasonability on options like this...As Ron White would say "I's wrong".
