I have a B2320 DT Tractor with just a Front End loader.

I'm gonna add Sandman TT Beach cleaner to the rear.

It needs hydraulics for dumping.

Can I just disconnect the bucket Curl and run two long hoses (short term).

Will the bucket stay put if disconnected?

If I want to add permanent hydraulics to the rear, what are my options? How expensive? How easy to install?

Is running two long hoses to bucket curl an unreasonable long term solution?

If I do want to run two long hoses, any recommendation on where to get hoses and how long they should be?

You can use work ports of valve for this. if there are quick disconnects at valve bucket will stay where it is I would have bucket on ground when disconnecting it. if plumed solid you will have to cap hoses that come off if not resting flat on ground bucket will move and PSO will happen. would be best to check in availability of rear remote. After thinking about this and rereading your post I would suggest you get help from someone more experienced in hydraulics as this can be dangerous to you and equipment no disrespect intending.

Yes you can add rear remotes to run it. I don't think it would hurt anything to use you FEL ports though. I think it's pretty pricey to add rear remotes.

I was reading Manual last night and it does talk about using the front ports for accessories.
But it seemed to contradict itself saying not to use "C and D" ports which so happen to be the bucket curl.
It has something to do with a position of the stick called "R1" Regeneration Position. It would damage seals and motor.
But then next paragraph talks about using it and how R1 is a high flow rate and R2 is a low flow rate and depends on accessory attached.

It shows R1 and R2 with the stick to the right R1 and way to the right R2. I don't know what these do to the bucket? I always just go right left for curl up down.

There is a float position which is way forward for the main arm.

I want to hook the Sandman TT accessory to my FEL Hydraulics of my B2320 temporarily.

The dealer for the sandman said ask for a 3/8" adapter at your tractor dealer.

A friend owns a Taylor Rental store and had no idea what I should use.

My head was spinning there were so many types of connectors.

What exactly would I ask for at the Kubota Dealer?

You can see the hookup in this Video at around 1:25

I'm having rear remotes added (won't happen for a couple weeks), standard Kubota parts for my Tractor. Will these new remotes use the same adapter?

There is quite a variety of quick connect types out there and of course different sizes as you know - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", etc. Kenny V gave you the QC sizes, but you also need to know the type. All I can say is that on my BX, when I added rear remotes, I looked at the numbers embossed on the existing Kubota QC's. If you look closely, there should be some numbers on each QC. Take those and do a google search to see what type they are.

Here's where I've ordered QC's from for my BX. Turned out they are ISO 7241-1B series, which is compatible with these QC's per Discount Hydraulic Hose.

Parker 60 Series
Snap-Tite 72 Series
Aeroquip FD45 Series

Quick Disconnects > Discount Hydraulic Hose.com

If you own the Sandman, I'd change out the QC's on it to whatever is compatible with your rear remotes. If the hose size is different that the QC's, Surplus Center, as well as any local hydraulic shop, has adaptors to go from 3/8" to 1/4", etc.

Good luck.

That's close to the price I got from the dealer. $895 for single installed. Add $600.00 to make it dual. Supposedly all Kubota Parts. So for Dual installed it's $1495.00

Thanks for the tips. Sandman should be here Friday. Coming from Connecticut. I'm doing a "Lease to Buy". If all goes well I expect to buy it. I'm a wreck.
I so hope it works as well as Videos imply, it will really simplify my life (more relaxing on the beach than cleaning it).
I think I may make a deal with neighbor that I'll dump the crap in their trailer if I do their beach and they will haul the crap from both our beaches away.
My wife will take videos :)
