I like those hooks. Any idea if they would fit a B2320 LA304 Bucket?

Good question... go to a Kubota dealer and compare the 'lip' on the buckets of both the B and BX. Sorry I'm on the road at the moment and I don't even know the bucket model # of my BX. It might happen to be the same... at least the upper lip profile. A quick call to BXpanded will answer it too. They are great to deal with.

I easily mounted bolt-on grab hooks on the bucket of my Kubota B3300SU.

Ken's Hooks are the highest quality and come complete with Grade 8 nuts/bolts/washers. Chain grab hooks NEVER move.

Here's how I moved an 11ft Pine Log Bench. (see pics). This one was much lighter than the full log I moved earlier. No pic on that. I have a Skid Steer type Bob-Tach quick disconnect bucket & loader and I need to be careful if I weld hooks on it. How do you fasten a lawyer on your bucket to lift stuff?

We used my neighbors B3300 and chains to lift our new home generator into place, no problem. When I dropped my FJR1300 a couple of weeks ago, I used straps on the FEL to pick it up. I don't see a problem if things are balanced and you take it easy.

I welded on 5/16 grab hooks as they work with 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 chain, one on each side of the loader to bucket attach points - 4 total. Also reinforced the center lip of the bucket and installed a 2" receiver hitch*. The hitch can hold a 2" recovery hook (gotta be careful pulling with nylon strap though, as they can make like a rubber band if they break. The receiver hitch is also handy for moving empty trailers. I made a drop down hitch for this to get the trailer ball or pintle hitch low enough. Having a bucket camera makes trailer hook ups a snap, as you otherwise can't see the hitch as you approach the trailer.

*This would preclude using most bucket mount grapples I've seen, but if I need a grapple I'll buy a separate one as my B3350 has SSQA.

I recently took a forklift training class. The instructor told us that in the next few years, if straps or chains are used to pick something, a crane certified operator will be needed
