And 2785lbs of lift!!!
Come on man, it's only 2,761lbs of lift....quit exaggerating!
And 2785lbs of lift!!!
Alright guys my kioti throws me another option today. Kioti dk50se hst 49 hp hydrostatic with front loader and backhoe. 26100 after trade.
[snip]
Events may have overtaken this, but I'll offer a few thoughts. Is the DK50SE HST a new tractor? New backhoe? If not, how many hrs? I ask because my understanding is that new DK SE HSTs (both open station and cab) in any hp are all but gone from dealers' lots at this point, and that precious few new DK SE geared models are still available. Also, I guess I got lost somewhere in this thread, but seems to me it's hard for fellow TBNrs to evaluate price when your quotes are after taxes and trade-in. Taxes can vary state-to-state from 0 to 6% or more, so recent deal experience elsewhere must be adjusted for any differential. On the trade-in, are the dealers all uniform in offering $4500 for your trade?
Brand-wise, I don't think you'd go wrong with any of the makes and models you're considering.
Alright guys, my plans got a kink thrown in them today.
The Kioti dealer made a mistake, he said the price would increase 1700 to 27800 for the dk50se hst That would be cash price for tractor backhoe, loader after my 8n ford and ford 5000 tractor.
Checked a different brand. McCormick X10.50H Compact Tractor
X10.50H | Compact Tractor | Specs | McCormick USA
suppose to be identical to the dk50se hst but with mccormick name. this tractor is priced at 25500 with tractor, front loader, and canopy. Dealer can offer 0.5% financing for 60 months. And I KEEP my other 2 tractors. The negative is no Backhoe. I really wanted a backhoe. I can go with the kioti at 27800 or mahindra 5010 for 26100 and get backhoe, loader, canopy and tractor. but i have to get my own financing with comes at 4.75 %
The kioti dealer has kind of irriated me. One changing my price. Then I told him about the mccormick offer and he emailed me this quote for the dk50se hst without backhoe but at 0% financing with him getting my tractors for trade. $26325. So I feel he thinks Im stupid. Please give opinions and comments
Possible but I have been communicated through text, no response from him after I mentioned no backhoe listed. Any opinions about Mccormick. the Price appears to be really good. I didn't mention a trade with that dealer. Once we got a price, I mentioned my trade but he said that he couldn't with that tractors price.I can see why that would be irritating. The 0% financing would have added at least a couple thousand to the $27,800 cash price, but that still doesn't account for the swing without backhoe. Maybe he may another mistake, and either hasn't yet caught it or is embarrassed to admit it.![]()

With proper ballast the DK is well into the 6k range, it will have no problem with that weight.
I still would limit my lift on that size frame even if it is capable. Otherwise my vertigo kicks in.
Then that's your limit then.
So at the moment Unless Kioti changes my current tractor choices are the mccormick with loader and canopy for 25,500. The pro are it is hydrostatic, .5% financing. suppose to be same as kioti, and i get to keep my ford 5000 and 8 n . The cons no backhoe. Nearest mccormick dealer is 1 and 1/2 hours away.
Second choice is the mahindra 5010 with loader canopy and backhoe for 26,100 after trade. The pros are I get the backhoe which i can achieve more work, dealer is 1 hour away. The cons are it is gear driven, i have to trade my 2 tractors, 4.75 % financing.
Which way would you guys suggest in the current situation
