I will be putting $7,000 down.I own a Kubota BX1800 MMM 2000yr. I have had enough issues with it to consider something else.Have you priced a new B2320 with a Kubota dealer? If not, try Barlows in Somerset, Ky................... 60 x $125= $7500 for a new Kioti. No wonder some people are buying them.Is there more to this story than your telling in this comparison? Is there cash money down that's not being told?
Some people sell their old tractors themselves and believe it's the only way to go. I've bought and sold 17 Kubotas in the last 11 years. Some I've sold myself and most I've traded to Barlows for the new one and took my equity out in cash for my trade in, used the cash for other bills and investments and borrowed the entire purchase price at Kubotas 0% for 60 months ( I don't get the cash incentive money). Barlows has always given me a fair trade in for my used machine, he sells lots and lots of new and used Kubotas all over the US. Barlows does not collect state sells tax on equipment sold out of state or for agricultural use equipment sold in state. I don't do Ag so I always pay sales tax on the difference of our trade unless my trade in is worth more than my new purchase which has happened sometimes.:2cents:I will be putting $7,000 down.I own a Kubota BX1800 MMM 2000yr. If you drive to Ky and buy it you will have to pay Ky sales tax. That's why people don't drive to Ky but have Barlows or other out of state dealers deliver them to their front door. Barlows delivers to SC often. Not that far, I just returned from there myself. My Kubota is not going anywhere I am keeping it.Thanks for your input, but I am not driving to Ky for a kubota!
