Hi,
Thanks for your thoughts. Freezing not an issue where we are. Near the coast - heat more an issue. Regularly high 90's or hotter in summer.
I've replaced the head gasket but having an issue with a fuel injector. It didn't seat properly and I discovered when I pulled it out and felt down in the hole that I'd missed a copper washer. Seems there were two on the injector body but I had only removed one. When I re fitted it I obviously bent the washer that had remained in, making the injector not seat properly.
So when I started it up I had exhaust gases escaping out around the injector and a very noisy motor!
So getting some new washers this week.
Surprised there were two washers. Anyone know if this is correct? Jinma 204 TY290 2 cylinder engine.
Thanks
Mark
