I liked the looks of this so much that I just had to look up the price. OUCH!

So how much? Looks pretty cool. Probably outstanding at mowing. But, can it tow a garden cart, plow snow, run a 40 gallon sprayer, cultivate a garden, aerate a lawn?

Yes it was. I have no problem mowing on slopes. The ditch mowing is 700 feet long and you must sit nearly off the seat to the side so your weight is on the high side. All other hill mowing is no problem with the AWS, it is just this one extreme. The cub cadet is set up with a narrow 48" deck which works good for the ditch vs the big 62" on the Deere. All other mowing is great with the AWS option.

Gittyup that was a great explanation. Although I had a 425 go to the bottom of a ditch on me because when you are driving with the ditch leaning over to keep the tractor up right and you steer an all wheel steer up the hill the first thing the rear end does is steer down while the front goes up the hill. The ground was just damp enough and the hill was just steep enough I slid to the bottom. Being the mower was 4 wheel drive alone would of kept that from happening. I loved my all wheel steer mowers I had but I never got to use it with the plow in snow. This will be the first 4wd I get to use in snow but everything I read is good. I regret trading my aws 425 for the 2wd 455 as fast as I did but I really loved that diesel. Sometimes you lose and sometimes you win though.

Where did that price come from?

It is about $15K higher than the quote I got from Pro Turf:403 Forbidden , when we were looking two years ago.
