Prince 2 spool log splitter/ lifter valve

I have a question on this valve and the detent function. 2 SPOOL 25 GPM PRINCE LOG SPLITTER/LIFTER VALVE



With the valve body and levers towards the operator it detents when pulled towards the operator or the push stroke, On single spool valves the detent is the retract function, Does this valve detent on the push stroke normally? Or does it push through the wood and return automatically? I need an explanation of how this valve works apparently. Thanks, BH.

A port connects to the base end of cyl

B port connects to rod end of cyl.

Detent is on the return stroke.

How you mount the valve is up to you.

The log lift spool is just another spring to center spool.
