At least the pesky electrical connections are safely coiled back on the trailer so they don't get tangled up in the hitch. Who needs lights or breaks?

Is that an electrical connection? Looked like an airbrake hose to me and I would guess that is a tandem dual air braked tag trailer (intended to be pulled behind a dump truck)...

I have moved a car that way, but it was to move it back 20 feet to where the rollback could pick it up to scrap it...
