It stopped just 1 foot sooner which would statically be meaningless. I have seen that during payload testing braking distance remain very similar with the loaded vehicles. I think the added traction has some cancelling effect. In addition that test would need to be run with the same wheels and tires. The Ram has 20 inch wheels vs 18 inches. Those two variables alone can make big impacts.
I don't think wheel diameter is the difference, but if it is the difference, then I guess the Ram comes with better wheels.
