The 40 isn't quite as convenient as the 420 garden tractor w/4-way blade I've been using, but more enjoyable to me!

Probably because I've wanted one for 50 years! :D

Quick Attach I've been looking at all their stuff. Same with 'Everything Attachments' My tractor is a hybrid. Construction type with the option to take off the backhoe and use PTO. The FEL has a Quick mount and an Aux hydraulics that should handle A blower full time without a separate pump.

Yours seems to have a flow of 19 gpm @ 3400 psi, I'm no expert on this but it sounds like you should be ok, best to check first with someone more knowledgeable, but i wouldn't remove the hoe, I would attach a blower on the front, myself.

I've used this setup for a few seasons now but new for this winter is the hydraulic angle RB2160H rear blade. This replaces a manually adjustable Land Pride blade. My knees are already thanking me.

Have an e-mail out to the manufacturer. Trying to see if I can put the Front Hydraulics into it 'Detent' mode ( a switch that locks the front hydraulics ON) and run a blower without issue. Since the machine has the 'Detent' I assume it was designed to run continuous. I realize many Ag tractors with Aux front hydraulics are meant for short bursts. Lie, Opening the jaws on a 4:1 Bucket or a Grapple. So. yeah, I'm trying to do my homework.
No, the hoe stays on Counter weight . I have no desire to go with a Rear mounted Blower or even a Rear PTO to front Blower setup.
If the Front Hydraulics can't handle the Blower then I will just get a plow. I've been eyeing this guy http://www.snodozer.com/SkidSteerPlow.html

I just saw that you have a 210S. The MIDI is based on that machine. Maybe the backhoe is the same, not sure.

A buddy has a manual Angle. Many years ago he took his Truck plow and welded it to a Quick Attach Blank panel. It works well for him. He too, is getting wiery of cold and wind and hopping out of the cab to adjust. We may be getting the Mig out and bracket in this setup. Snow Plow Power Angle Package

I really like that flood light set up!!

Thanks. They are the standard JD forward work light kit with Artillian horse blinders. Without the blinders the lights will blind you when you turn to the left or right to see behind you.

My problem was the knees. The first year with the tractor I really killed myself crawling on and off to adjust. I added the step after that year and it makes the tractor way easier to mount. I use the rear blade most of the time when dealing with a few inches of snow and constantly need to adjust the angle, especially when working near the road.
