I saw those. Would love to have it. Only thing I don't like is how obscenely high they are priced.
Funny they are not promoted on Kubota's web sites or at the dealers. Only a bit of mention of them on the global site. But I do see the prices listed out in the U.S. Build and Price web site.

Buying a front hitch kit with the reversing gearbox and no hydraulics to worry
about with less to break is less money and trouble from my point of view if
a front hitch is wanted. The other thing is the Kubota front hitch is build specific
for these kubota implements.

A front mount hitch from Pronovost or the other builders lets you use PTO implements
used on the rear three point hitch.

Yes, I just got it about 2 weeks ago on the L6060. I got the snowblower, flail and plow blade.

There's a HUGE advantage to running a snowblower, flail and plow in front instead of in the back or on the loader. I wish manufacturers could agree on a standard front hitch for compact tractors... especially one that would co-exist with loaders.

Darn that's cool. The PTO and hydraulics or electrical is quick connect with it, you never have to leave the cab!

Mainly the reason I bought it. The ole hips and neck cannot take hours of backing up anymore. I have only used the flail for about 15 hours, but so nice sitting normal. I figured since I bought the snowblower too, it will not snow this winter. Ha!

So, How does it work with a FEL?

I figured I would give some preliminary feedback on the auto hitch & Kubota L6060

1. Darn nice tractor so far. (40 hours) Plenty of power and sure nice not swatting black flies all day. ****, that AC is cold.
2. Air ride seat: Don't waste your money. Will travel 17MPH on the road, but don't hit any bumps. Anything not bolted down, will be airborne, including yourself. Would probably be a smooth ride on the Interstate, but not so smooth of back roads. Since I bought if for field work and not taking the family on vacation, I rarely exceed 4-5 MPH, so I don't see much benefit with the air ride.
3. Regeneration: Nothing like driving along and having your new tractor blow white smoke. Gives you an unsettling feeling at first, if not downright panic, until you see the "regeneration" on the screen. Needs about 15-20 minutes of high idle and back to normal. And yes, you can keep on working, so long as the idle is high.
4. Autohitch: Directions stink. Most paperwork is useless. Seems changes have not made it to print. Dealer ordering correct manuals when it becomes available.
A: Mounting on tractor: Quite simple, as video shows. You may have to "tweak" the mid mounting brackets after first on/off.
B. Grill guard has to come off, which I dislike. The front mount for the auto hitch goes into the holes where the GG goes. Who wants to unbolt the mount to put GG back on? Guess I have to go to see Paul Short and have him work his magic. :)
C. 20 hours on front mower and the bearing in the auto hitch driveline came unglued, destroying the male/female clutch shafts. ( not totally - but enough wear/gouging to warrant replacing. Will never know what caused this. Replaced under warranty and back to mowing.
D. 35 hours on mower and pillow bearing on drive side blew apart, eating the belts. No explanation, except a bad cast from new.
E. Ball switch: There is a small ball switch on the side of the auto hitch. It is adjustable and must be all the way depressed (raise hitch fully) to work. Gave me fits wondering why it would not connect. Adjusted it, but it has slid twice already. I see this switch as a future problem (dirt, snow, salt) and should be eliminated. You have to hold down the button inside anyway, so I see it as a needless lawyer switch.
F. It says the switch on the joystick has to be on to connect implement. Wrong! Works with/without. Pick up intended attachment, raise fully, push hitch control box (on dash) and push loader arm forward at the same time. 5 seconds and green light comes on. It is connected. You can hear it connect.
G. Disconnecting: Raise fully, hold button and PULL BACK on the joystick, not forward as the directions say. Once red light is on, it is ready to come off. Getting the timing down, as both steps have to be done at the same exact time, is easy to do.
H. No snow yet in NY, so have not had a chance to use the snowblower. I did use the blade to push some stone around. Worked good.
I. Mower is HEAVY. On soft ground, you will sink if you raise it!
I will give another follow up in a few months. Please do not take my review is negative on the auto hitch. Driving forward way overrides backing up and it is a quality unit. As with anything new, there is a few minor bugs to work out. I will wait for final judgement after a full year of use.

I thought I would give another update on the tractor, including front snowblower

1. Awesome tractor. I have about 200 hours on it.
2. It surely needs filled tires or rear tire weights. I am using a weight basket filled with sand, which works ok. Tire weights are in my future.
3. Front snowblower......A beast! Depending on snow weight, will throw snow 40 to 60 feet easily! A little wind, even longer. Even in 10" of snow, absolutely no spillover at 4-5MPH. The hydraulic rotator/deflector is worth every penny. Allows you to place snow exactly where you want it. Driving forward is a joy. Cab heat is nice too!
4. Front snow blade for auto hitch: Only used twice. Works well, yet it would be great to have an adapter plate to mount it on the FEL and use auxiliary hydraulics to angle. Then you could use on both the FEL and auto hitch.
5. FEL forks: As new, totally hate them. Forks are to short to see them, so you cannot tell if you are level when low to the ground. I could readjust the level indicator, but then would have to adjust every time you switch back to the bucket. I just use the fork extensions.
6. E from above post: Ball switch is a PITA. I have adjusted it a few more times. I tighten the last time with a breaker bar, and so far it has stayed in position.
7. Putting on/taking off auto hitch frame. Having a flat level concrete floor is best. After doing a few times, it goes pretty fast. I have to put a 2" thick board under the front hitch, otherwise, it won't get up high enough to slide the pins in. FEL movement will not bleed off enough pressure to allow easy hookup of hoses. I found leaving 3 point hitch up, working FEL joystick, then dropping 3 Pt will bleed off enough pressure to allow easy hookup.

A few things they should modify on the L6060:

1. Lengthen FEL so the auto hitch can be on at the same time. Engineer the hydraulics to be cab controlled (switch) to implement (FEL or AH)
2. The FEL should pick a ton.
3. The FEL should come with tow/lift hooks from factory. Yep, a couple of $10 hooks would make people very happy.
4. Front fenders: Heavy duty plastic with quick detach pins.

Overall, I am very pleased with it. Glad it is not 110% perfect, otherwise I would not have an excuse to buy the newest version in 2 years! :laughing:I hope this helps answer any questions anyone has about the setup.

How about a long term update on the auto hitch and snow blower I'm very interested in purchasing this setup but it's hard to find information about it

Awesome. Unit is working very well. Almost 500 hours on tractor and it is running great. The snow blower will really throw it. (wet heavy - 50-60 feet: light fluffy - 100-120 feet: add wind - the next county) Buy it, you will be very happy.
