Miller CST 280 used opinion

I'm all set with buying something of questionable origin that might be stolen, regardless of whether it's a good deal or not.

Happy, I assume you realize you will need a power source other than the CST 280 to run the suitcase feeder?

The 8vs is "voltage sensing", correct? My understanding is that you could technically run it with any power source, though obviously best with something cv. Maybe an inverter power source would act strangely though, I don't know.

My understanding is the same. A CV power source for certain, but a Miller XMT, Bobcat or Trailblazer would make it 'plug and play'.
