I hereby coin a new word -- "sparc" -- that I hope will make its way into the Oxford English Dictionary, the definitive record of the English language.
Here's a rough draft of the dictionary definition.
sparc -- verb
To pose a question or issue that generates interest amongst readers and failing to follow up on questions raised by the readers.
Example -- JD(Bill) sparced us when he posted "MY local fire department has STUPID policies....."
sparcer -- noun
One who sparcs.
sparcine -- adjective
Having sparcer characteristics.
