new holland 2120 w/ HSS

does anyone know where the hydraulic clutch packs for the shuttle shift are located in this 2120 ?? and whats involved in getting to them?? Thanks all

I have some schematics I think. Will get them to you. Does yours have the electronic/hydraulic shuttle?

no, my is the none electronic one,the non electronic ones are from 1987 to 11/91.. but the location and diagram of the clutch paks are probably pretty much the same.. I would greatly appreciate the diagrams.. if you need to email em let me know & I will give you my e-mail.. thanks again

found it.. the clutch paks are in case between bell housing and transmission

Boatmotor - I found what I have, sorry for the delay. It's a Ford Service Manual for EHSS transmissions, 2120 tractors serial #UV25075 and above, about 24 pages. It covers "service information on the external hydraulic and electrical systems of the EHSS transmission." It has linkage, hydraulic flow schematics, electrical diagrams, etc. Here's a troubleshooting chart. The non-E shuttle should be similar; the E just alters the speed of the onset of shifting (I think).
So, I'm not sure what you need by now. There's another guy on this forum who's had his shift linkage at the shuttle end apart, built up weld to fix worn shift forks. His handle is Repairman and he's posted in Parts and Repairs. He might be able to help.
