One of the neighbors who lives on the south side of my neighbor lady was in court too today, to see what is going on. He lives in a housing development, they have a 10-acre common area to the west of my 5-acres, and the neighbor lady's 5-acres. He has been fighting with her since 1985. He has 18-case numbers against her. 12-1-2014 she walked half way into this 10-acres while he was cutting wood with a chainsaw. She kept bumping into him. This guy is about 6'-3" tall and about 250-pounds. Don't know about you guys, but there is no way I'm going to bump into a man holding a running chainsaw in the middle of 10-acres of jungle!:laughing:

Probably you already thought of this but can you find some way to win on some issue in small claims court and then when she doesn't show attach her home or land with a lien? It worked for me years ago. Just a thought.

Good luck on interest. I have a caveat on a customers property. .5% interest. I had to go to court to put that on his property and then I have to go to court again to file a civil suit to get him to pay. At times the system is just designed to wear a guy down. SA I predict another three years before this is all over. Good luck

I already have a lien on her property from the adverse possession law suit. 12% interest until paid.

With that lien you can eventually be a terrific pain in the rear for her. She may not even know of the lien and will discover it at a most inopportune time. Karma is on your side with that lien. In my situation they discovered the lien just before the real estate sale closing on Friday, July 3rd at 3PM, just before a long weekend. It was no picnic for them. :D

is this the first that you found out about your other neighbor having
the court cases against her?
she is definitely a bit unstable! i'd be tempted to put up the most fence
i could afford, with razor wire, along the whole boundary!

No he contacted me a few years ago. He found out through another neighbor that my neighbor lady was suing me for adverse possession. He was scheduled to testify in court that the neighbor lady never installed a fence. He has lived here since 1985. We have become good friends because of this. :cool:
