I'm not in saying that the guy should get a pass. Come on, he's going to get put through the ringer for doing something stupid and it's going to cost him thousands of dollars. A ticket for a suspended license, force him to bring the BH up to street code in 14 days and a written warning not to transport the children in the bucket again. Now, with CPS involved, there's a chance he might lose his kids. You never get to know who calls but I wonder if it was a parent that doesn't immunize their kids? Maybe the arresting officer doesn't, prosecutor, probation officer, or the judge that might find him unfit. I'd be willing to bet at least one of their kids (maybe grand kids) ARE endangering all the other children at school or wherever they go. Never ceases to amaze me, my kid can't bring a ppj to school but other parents can bring their kids to school or wherever without getting them the proper shots and potentially killing mine or theirs.
