Bob, that is true. I have found that most all of my engines don't seem to burn any oil, so guess I am lucky on that part, and nearly all of my equipment have the shut downs on them when the oil gets low.

I will keep that in mind about connecting a light, or beeper to the sensor.

Josh, I will tell you what I think, or how the arms work out on the seat from Power Trac, as I am getting them put on my seat. I have armrests on all my equipment, so I can tell you verses the others.

If you do not like the idea of an electric fuel pump, use a chain fall (or pulley and a tie down) to lift the 5 gallon can. Some of the "newer" style have a handle on the back which makes for a nice balancing point and all you are doing is tipping it.

Guess you could lift the hood that way also.

Or you could build a rolling bridge crane like mine and also have a chain attached to the ceiling, use it to lift your PT, attach the chain to the hood and then lower the PT? :)

There have been some shop renovation projects where I have been tempted to build a chair or platform for it. And just think how much more stuff you can store if you do not need aisle space to walk around in!

I actually have used it to lift and hold the hood open when there was not room to open the hood all of the way. So a chain fall would work well when accessing the engine where you normally service the PT. Good idea, RegL.

Way to go! They are nice machines and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Yeah, you can't beat that discount they are giving right now. The money I saved with the discount payed for the shipping and then some.
I have a few of the older cans that don't leak, and you don't have to pull, or push anything to get them to flow. Wish I could find more of them.

Yes, talked a lot to Kristie, Terry, and a few of the people down there. I am getting the 425, (all I could afford now) wish I could have gotten the 1430, but after I got to thinking about it, was probably bigger then what I needed, with a 6ft snow blade and all. When I go around my house, I know that even using the angle on it, that is still 5'5" or so. Guess that is one of the things that bigger is not always better :)

Oh, I am going to take the trailer down there on Wed. to pick all up. Figure the prices are about as good as they are going to get on attachments.

If you think they work well, I get a set.

Yes the savings was enough to buy a couple of attachments, and I will drive down there with my trailer and pick it up in the morning, and get back late tomorrow evening. Easier to leave early and beat the traffic, but it is sure on 81 on the way back.
