Whats wrong with tier 4

...and here we are on a tractor forum and I am going to respond about toasters. I've lost my marbles, but here goes...

Breville toasters. Expensive, but sweet. Even then, I've had a few glitches where I've had to unplug it to "reset", but these are pretty cool toasters.

No, I don't 'feel better'. And if you believe big oil is a clean machine then you are completely deluded. Nothing could be further from reality. You smile, believing your own press release. Food is safer, healthier,? NOT by a long shot. GMOs, bovine growth hormones, genetically modified everything? Mercury at 25,000 times the highest allowed levels in vaccines being given to children. A monstrous increase in childhood Autism, asthma, allergies, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders, etc. etc. tied to the vaccines side effects. Life is a constant battle to survive the poisons thrown at us everyday that enriches those who look only at bottom line corporate profits.

What I find most amusing about your rant is the fact that I have been searching the local auction for an OLD Fashioned toaster that will not let my Pop Tart fall down in and can actually toast my bread evenly on both sides consistently. My wife has purchased several new toasters over the past year and has not been able to find a good one yet. I suggested yesterday after trying to toast a waffle with the latest contraption that she look at industrial units like in a restraunt supply place.

We almost agree on something. The truth in several sentences isn't a 'rant' as you refer to everything I write. Seems a toaster, about the simplest 'electric' use device known to mankind ought to be able to work like they used to, but alas, some idiot decided to add a printed circuit, and away goes toast as any baby boomer used to know.

You're helping to prove my point; if we have trouble getting toast done right, (reset anyone), something that already worked with a resistance coil and bimetallic switch, how in heII are we going to get close to zero diesel emissions right at the 4th Tier, (read 4th R&D attempt) on diesel tractors? My answer: Were NOT without great expense to the buyer of the machines, in higher upfront costs and higher maintance costs over time/use.
BTW, what's more basic than toast?:licking::licking: I try to have mine before I climb on my tractor and start my day. But I hate having to retoast my bread to get it right. Maybe the toaster needs a DPF?

I got a kick the other day watching" Ice Road Truckers", the regen light came on halfway on the ice.
Luckily she made over to the other side before she had to pull over.
I think I seen her put a few slices of bread on some contraption under the hood, made great toast.:drool:

With my new tractor when something goes wrong I just hit the reset button and everything goes back to normal. Don't even need to change the oil. Oil light comes on and I hit reset and keep on going.
