Wow, just finished reading the whole thread. I must say, you and your wife have more patience then most people. I've had the opportunity to witness our great legal system first hand a couple of times. I wasn't impressed. I've known people that have spent time in jail who shouldn't have ever been anywhere near one. One for refusing to pay his girlfriends lawyer for a divorce. He wasn't even married!!! :banghead: judge released him after a year and threw the case out. Another guy got charged with cruelty to animals for shooting a dog that was going after his grandkid. The ones that need to be locked up aren't, and the ones that shouldn't be are

The neighbor's lawyer is using the money just before court date as a stalling tactic. Good luck with it, and wish you the best of luck

Close to it :laughing: crazy neighbor's are the worst. We got one at the end of the street. Had to kick her off my property a couple years back. She came over and started yelling at the neighbor. Her dispute was with my neighbor over there trampoline ending up in her back yard during a tornado a few years before :confused2: It crushed some perennials. They came back the following year but apparently that wasn't good enough. She's doing time now for manufacturing meth so it's been nice and quiet
