Looking for 38 special shotshell ammo

I haven't bought any of this load in several years. Now that I'm running low - it's almost impossible to find. The only sources with it, have it because their prices are astronomical - or, their shipping rate almost doubles the price.

I'm looking for CCI 3738. This is 357/38 shotshell, 100 g #9.

I would especially like to know if there are any other manufacturers of 38 special shotshell ammo. I can't find any.

Not cheap but better than some. I have ordered ammo and other items from Midway without any problems.

If you've got access to a reloading outfit, make your own - 44 Magnum Shotshells

If you don't have a reloader, then one of those little Lee tabletop outfits should work. 1 pound of powder, a bag of #9 shot and a couple of boxes of primers would have you set for several years of snake killing

Yes ... In fact, back when I played often with my AR15, I reloaded many thousands of rounds. I've considered going this direction again but my shooting amounts to a few hundred rounds per year now. It's more cost effective to just buy, even if it is too expensive, unless/until I spend more time shooting.

I bought 2 packs of them from Gander Mountain a few months ago off the shelf. I don't remember what I paid, but they where the only place that I had seen them. Ammo seems to be hit or miss. Buy when you see it because it might not be there the next time you go there.

I always just bought the little plastic capsules and did my own. Havent done that in decades though. I did see some of the capsules at a gunshop recently. Maybe I should buy them up, make some shotshells to sell at the next gun show.

I just have a hard time thinking CCI is the only manufacturer. Really?

I bought some at cabella's. Looked all over, cabella's had them.

Update:

I emailed CCI - and they replied!

".....this ammunition has just been made and has been shipped....."

With luck, it will be on the shelves soon.
