Who rides motorcycles?

Very nice. I always wanted to ride that husky 610.

If you ride one you will probably buy one, or some other license-threatening motard.

Don't feel bad. The last time I rode my SM510R, I was wearing shorts, a t-shirt, sandals, and a helmet, floating an 80 mph wheelie down 35W.

On the other hand, I had a plate on one of my bikes that advertised SQUID, and my track helmet noted I was a "serious squid." :thumbsup:

IMHO, the 610 was your funnest bike.

Sometimes it's hard to restrain the fun.

You are probably right, but that S3 was right there. Best engine of any bike I've ridden, and best handling multi-cylinder bike I've ridden.

Been wearing a hi-viz jacket since 2007. "High Visibility" fabrics shift more light to the visible spectrum.

I wear one, too. If my helmet had been available in that color when I bought it I would have.

Heard a doozie yesterday. Guy on a bike supposedly 'cut off' a lady in her car. (which one's bigger? sheesh!) By the time I heard the relayed story the biker was a Navy Seal, and apparently the lady got even by following and bumping the bike ... with fatal results. Might makes right? :confused3:

From what I heard, she not only knocked him off the bike, she then ran over him deliberately.
I believe she's looking at serious jail time. I hope it's a long long time.

I can only imagine the roads you have access to in your part of the country. I've never been higher than Klingmans Dome in Tennessee, at around 6600 feet. That shot at around the 3:15 mark, looking down at the lake, kinda made my head get a little swirly.

A bucket list ride for me would be Deals Gap/Tail of the dragon, but I am not sure I want to deal with the crazies that frequent that road. Mulholland is another one, seems a bit safer at least from what I have seen/read on the internet.

Sunday I took a ride to Labor In Vain Creek in Ipswich MA (up the coast). PErfect day. LEaving for NH this afternoon.

A bucket list ride for me would be Deals Gap/Tail of the dragon, but I am not sure I want to deal with the crazies that frequent that road...

Plan your trip so you will be there on Monday and Tuesday, not much trafiic at all then. You can stay down in Robbinsville and you'll be close to all the great riding that area has to offer, there is so much more than just the dragon.
