I used a pull type switch
One notch out is just the front All the way out is front and rear. It is rated for 30 amps so no relay was needed. I got it from NAPA .
I don't use the factory lights they are almost useless.

Update -- A couple of Cree lights are on their way to my house from China. (cheap too) I got two 18w lights first to see how bright they are. Depending on how bright they are, I'll get 2 more of them or the 27's or 36's. I'm expecting to put the 18's on the back and larger ones on the front. I'll share my findings when I test the 18's.

18's are definitely not as bright as the 27's. I like the 18's for applications you might get blasted with (like my side lights), and where you don't need the throw of a brighter light. With the 27's, for area lighting (flood), you get 3 lights output in two vs the 18w. Looking into a 27w LED at night is going to blind you.

The 27 watts I ordered came yesterday. I'll put them on this weekend and see how they look on the Kubota. I think I will ziptie them until deciding what to mount them with. I have to raise/lower the Rops to get the tractor under cover when done. I don't have a cab or top. May have to get some kind of mounting bracket for permanent function.

I'm going to try these and if they hold up, I'll get another for the rear. I had to unhook the finishing mower in the dark the other night to put on the boxblade to work on the driveway. I drove off without unhooking the pto shaft so I was dragging the tractor half over to the boxblade for hook up. I just happened to notice it when backing up. First time I've ever done that after many years of hook ups. I have a rear light on my old 8N so it is easier...but not the new Kubota yet. Hope to fix that soon!
