I did the same to mine. I patched it and reinstalled the antenna in the middle of the patch. Ripped it off again so I haven't bothered fixing it a second time and it's now just wrapped around the front work lights.
I did that within the first 50 hours or so of use. That is a sad excuse for a top of a cab so when the antenna broke out of mine I used heavy black electrical tape and taped it to the side of the cab. Been that way for 2 years now. Looks factory! If I were to fix it it would just get broke out again. Don't have to worry about it this way. CJ
