I like the idea of having independent action of each jaw, that is the only thing I wish by BoDozer Grapple had.
This is why the 72" is such a good fit for larger tractors. It wouldve been difficult carrying the stump mainly but it was nice having the width for the long logs also. The stump was enough to get my 9500lb+ tractor light in the rear. The BB is only about 1k and I have loaded rears.

Agree, Don't skimp on rugged construction if your tractor can handle the weight.
2) you can use a one ton grapple if you want but your net lift capacity will always be lower with a larger grapple than with smaller.

I just got the call that it's at the dock!!!!!
Now I'm going to go on short sleep to hopefully grab it in the morning! I'm excited as I can't wait to out her to work!
I still need to attach the third function you sent. I've just been so busy cleaning up the 3540 to get it up for sale.
This grapple should be a game changer for me.
I have become beset with grapple envy.
I've tried to follow the "how big" and read some like it small, others like it big.
(How did he get a 9500lb tractor? tractordata.com lists it at 5500 lbs, do loaded tires, cab and FEL add 4k lbs?)
.
Remember, this is the internet: nothing exists without pictures.Enjoy your new grapple!
