Very impressive, but how far can you go in those woods with a log that long? I sways cut mine to manageable length anyway. That is one big rock, very impressed with that picture.

Wider heavier grapples help stabilize a load side to side, but can generally lift less than narrow lighter ones. I'd cut the logs, use a narrow grapple and carry more, less trips. Unless you are making telephone poles.

The L39 is a great tractor, if I only had one machine, it would be the one would I keep.

As a Ag machine on our small farm, the Max28 does the farm chores, for its size it has a heck of a 3 Pt hitch. My excavator does the heavy work, so I'm Lucky. Before the Excavator, I was pushing the Grapple and L39 too hard.
I've never had the BH off the L39.

I posted this in our 50" Wicked Grapple thread also, but I think it'll get more eyeballs here.

Ted is more than a little more than offended by the "light duty" comment that is on the opposite side of the truth.

I just saw this posted a few days ago by Artillian on another forum that we're not a member of. The title of the thread is Grapple for 1025, which is a JD subcompact.

Direct quote from Artillian:
"The Everything Attachments grapple looks ok, but it's only made with 1/4" thick steel. Our grapple tines are 3/8" thick and of the same super high strength steel. You can use a grapple with 1/4" tines for light work, but that's about it."

It made me laugh  and this video came to mind. https://youtu.be/XOjAeZZELfg

Keep in mind that the tractor in the video weighs about 50% more than a 1025 and has about 40% more lift capacity. Ted tried his best to break it. But.....someone thinks it can only be used for light work.

Which would you rather invest in? hmmmmm...the proof of the pudding is in the eating says me!

Your wimpy grapple holding up the rear of my tractor which has loaded tires, and what, 1400 pounds of implements attached?

The grapple and tractor won.

It does fine with picking up dead oaks too.

Anyway, my wimpy grapple is still straight and features the best quick attach design I've seen.

It's just absurd that a manufacturer would claim that all you can use our grapple for is "light work".
Our 50" Single Lid Grapple is intended for up to 35hp Compact Tractors, but we know that it is in the field on much larger machines. No bending, no breaking, no bad reports.

Anyway, our manhood is not threatened. We've done our homework and know what we have, that's for sure. I just thought the comment was pretty funny and had to share!

Are these grapples made by Everything attachments or are you a dealer for them?

I'm sure Travis will respond but the answer is basically that they build some and are dealers for others. The "EA" grapples are in house.

I know they have a family Tractor business that has been going for years, but they seem to resell most of there skid steer attachments.
