Put new seat on today. I ended up going with the K&M 129 Uni-Pro instead. it has the same bolt pattern(bolts not included, uses four 5/16 by 1" bolts) but has a higher back. it cost just a few dollars more. I ordered it from Rural king For about $115 shipped. It was a little bit lighter grey and had a bit more texture than the stock seat. The seat has a plastic back instead of metal like the stock one. It is a bit softer and slightly more contoured. It was not a perfect fit as only 2 or the 4 mounting holes lined up. I had to enlarge the other two holes with a drill press and a 3/8 " bit. It was super easy. I thought I could switch my operator p. switch but after a bit of work, I gave up and just jumped the contacts with some copper wire and some electrical tape. They offer a custom switch for this seat as an added cost option. Overall I am pleased with the seat and happy with the quality.
