Sweet tractor!! Can't wait to get mine! Does the loader have the "Bobcat" style quick change mechanism for switching between FEL attachments? The Kubota's have that and I believe any Bobcat attachment will fit on a Kubota with that feature. Also, can you get more than one remote hydraulic hookup on the back?

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, the loader uses a universal skid steer mount for attachments. That opens up a lot of attractive attachment choices for you. The 2555 includes a rear remote hydraulic hookup. That a fantastic feature that is standard, vs costing close to $1,000 to add one to other tractors makes and models (including Mahindra). However, it looks like the 2555 can only have one remote. Confirm that with your dealer, but that's what I've read.

I love my 2555 more each day. I'm sure you will too!

I've got the SAME thing as you with the exception that mine is a CAB...LOVING it so far. My only issue has been the throttle cable. Sometimes I can't get to FULL RPM for PTO speed. They replaced it once and 10 hours later I'm having the same issue.

Other than that, I absolutely LOVE it!

Oh man, a cab would be awesome for the winter chores, but I couldn't justify the extra greenbacks (sigh). Down in Texas, I imagine a cab is a necessity, not a choice.

Yes sir, I love my 2555 HST! It's everything I wanted and more! I'm sorry to hear about your throttle cable problem. I had hear of issues with the shuttle cable in the 2555, but not with the throttle. Sounds like a design flaw. Hope it's not a difficult repair.

The tractor is for Central NY winters....NOT going to plow the driveway in an open station cab!

Have you done loader work yet? I spent $200 to have some sand dropped and played...err, worked, for HOURS. Raised one of the rear wheels off the ground briefly and had a "pucker" moment.

Enjoy the tractor and keep me in mind with anything you find...unlike you, I'm a complete newbie! I'm learning as I go!

UGH! CNY winters can be rough. I have family out in Penn Yann near the finger lakes and their winters are WAY worse than what we usually get her in CT. Last winter was the exception. We got slammed by back-to-back-to-back-to-back storms that left us buried. If I didn't have a loader on my JD4300, we would've been up the creek. This year I'm not taking any chances. The Erskine ES2400 FEL-mount blower should be able to handle anything that old man winter throws our way!

The only thing I did not like about the Mahindra's was the one's that had been sitting outside for a while had already started to fade from red to pink. This was at a delaer that sold LS and Mahindra. He is the one that pointed it out to me, he was sure pushing the LS. But I bought neither. Good luck with the new ride, it's a beauty.
